They come to my collection this late spring. Both of were re-potted, one to the same pot the second one to pound basket to improve root system and give it more strength.

the red marks on trunk it is the area witch going to be carve to improve trunk movement and taper

I have got this tree last month. It is the tree witch will remind me very lovely person Sharon Green from NIBS (RIP Sharon)





It is well developed and in very good conditions it need to improve itself

Playing with moss

I have some fun yesterday when playing with moss and oyster shell. Judge yourself, but I like it.

it looks lovely for me. I will play more tomorrow with different shells and different moss. 🙂

June Meeting MBC

Lyons Bonsai

So on the 23rd of June which is also Bonfire night in Cork, we had the June meeting of the Munster Bonsai Club. A small gathering but a gathering none the less. And peter back from his honeymoon, Congratulations.

Heres the substitute room ready for the night.
